All users must verify their age and identity by submitting a clear photograph of their Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) during the mandatory KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of account registration will result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and other required details. Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password for accessing your Account. You agree to immediately notify lk21x customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials or from unauthorized access to your Account.
As part of our regulatory compliance and fraud prevention measures, all Players must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a clear, legible photograph or scan of their Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk). The KTP image must display your full name, date of birth, NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan), photograph, and residential address. We may also request additional documentation such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or selfie verification for enhanced security. KYC verification typically takes 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 14 days of registration will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is completed.
lk21x supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). We also accept deposits via popular Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). You confirm that all funds deposited into your lk21x Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal enterprise. We reserve the right to request proof of income, bank statements, or other financial documentation to verify the source of your funds. Failure to provide requested documentation or discovery of suspicious financial activity may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name matching the name on your lk21x Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
lk21x reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to your Account, and we may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation of potential Terms violations.
